  • 2 cups wheat flour.
  • 1 cup flour of almond.
  • 1 ¼ tsp of cinnamon.
  • ¼ tsp of baking soda.
  • ½ tsp of baking powder.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 cup low-fat cream, sour.
  • ½ cup white sugar or natural cane.
  • 1 cup olive oil or canola oil.
  • 2 tsp of almond extract.
  • 2 cups of fresh cherries, pitted.?

Steps to Prepare a Healthy Almond Cherry Recipe 

  1. First of all, preheat the microwave oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Now take a bowl and add wheat flour to it.
  3. Now add baking soda and baking powder to it.
  4. Add salt as per your taste.
  5. Mix 1 tsp of cinnamon to the above.
  6. Now take a separate bowl and beat eggs in it.
  7. Now add almond extract to the beaten eggs.
  8. Add sugar as per your taste.
  9. Now add oil and mix the wet ingredients well.
  10. Gently pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, add cherries, and mix well.
  11. Take a muffin pan and grease it with butter or oil.
  12. Put the above mixture into the muffin pan and bake it.
  13. Bake for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes remove it from the oven and let it cool
